Just days after comedian Rosie O'Donnell’s estranged relationship with Michelle Rounds has been finalised, she has been spotted in New York City. It's no surprise that O'Donnell is out and about in the Big Apple because she just made a court appearance in the city on Wednesday for her divorce settlement with Rounds.

People reports that Rosie has been seen in New York just two days after settling her divorce with her ex-wife Michelle. O'Donnell, 53 and Rounds, 44, appeared in an NYC court to finalise their divorce, which reportedly lasted for three hours.

“It’s done. We’ve settled. We’re both very happy about the outcome," O'Donnell confirmed in a statement to Entertainment Tonight. William London, Rounds’ lawyer, also revealed that the duo has resolved their issues regarding their 2-year-old adopted daughter, Dakota and they have agreed to have joint legal custody of their child.

The ex-"View" co-host was also seen on Thursday with her niece Allie O’Donnell while attending the opening night of "Dames at Sea" in Broadway. The elder O'Donnell posted a photo of the two of them on her Instagram account.

Rounds and O'Donnell first started dating in 2011 and then they married in a hush-hush ceremony in New York on June 9, 2012. They announced the adoption of their daughter Dakota a few months later over Twitter. O'Donnell's representatives confirmed her separation from Rounds in November 2014. O'Donnell filed for divorce in February due to "an irretrievably broken relationship," according to an earlier report from People.

Aside from her divorce, the issue about O’Donnell’s other adopted teen daughter Chelsea still persists. Chelsea, 18, was adopted in 1997 during Rosie's first marriage to Kelli Carpenter. She was reported missing for two weeks and was later found with her boyfriend Steven M. Sheerer. She has publicly blasted Rosie by revealing that the comedian is a completely different person at home, according to US Magazine. Chelsea is currently living with her biological mother, Deanna Micoley.

"My daughter has been in the news. It's been in the news, but it's not news to the family. It's been a decade long," Rosie told the crowd during a gig at the Gotham Comedy Club in New York City on Oct. 17. She wishes for peace and love between them.
