Everybody can't seem to stop talking about the "twerk queen" these days, and Miley Cyrus made sure to continue her antic streak by lighting a joint when she received her award for Best Video during the MTV EMAs.

Miley Cyrus did more than just "twerking" during her appearance at the recently-concluded MTV European Music Awards in Amsterdam. Cyrus, who previously made a lot of people "disgusted" during her vulgar stint at the MTV VMAS, paid homage to the place of "smoking cafes." The singer took something out from a bag and lit up what looks to be a Marijuana joint onstage, clearly suggesting that she has no qualms on using the stuff in public.

In the past, Cyrus has openly stated that she is an "avid fan" and regular user of Marijuana, even saying that she is the "most hardworking pothead" there is. Miley went on to win Video of the Year for the Terry Richardson-directed, "Wrecking Ball," and the win became her excuse to show her love for weed in a global platform. While receiving the award, the singer wore what looks to appear as a silver swimsuit with extremely high cuts that revealed her pelvic area. Again, something expected for the sexually-charged brand new Cyrus.

Aside from mentioning "Molly," a type of pure MDMA, in her songs, Miley has established quite the reputation for being a "party animal" open to drug experiences. Two years ago, there was a leaked video during one of her birthday parties where she is seen smoking a hallucinogen called "salvia" from a bong (watch video below). Now, she doesn't have to hide from the world, using every public act to declare that she is a "bad ass." It is safe to say that everyone, including her fans, are well aware of her transformation, and she need not to rub it in with every chance she gets.

Meanwhile, the MTV EMAs proved to be a celebration of pop sensations, with awards going to hit makers left and right. Katy Perry won Best Female, all thanks to her highly-successful "Prism" release. Eminem, who's also getting back on the game, nabbed the Best Hip Hop award, while the ever-vivacious Beyonce getting the Best Live Act, an award she deserves more than anyone in the industry.
