Mariah Carey is enjoying the best time of the year with her Australian businessman boyfriend, James Packer. Carey headed off to Aspen, Colorado with Packer to ring in her first Christmas with her new beau. However, before going on their vacation, Carey chose to spend some quality time with ex-husband Nick Cannon and their twin kids Monroe Cannon and Moroccan Scott Cannon.

The "All I Want for Christmas Is You" singer took to Instagram recently to post photos of her fun time in snow with her kids. She even posted a photograph with Packer a few hours back.

“#aspen moments #winterwonderland,” reads the photo caption. Carey was layered up to beat the nip in the air as she was spotted in a white turtleneck paired with a black jacket.

It was earlier reported by E! News that Carey, 45, and Packer, 48, were spotted in the VIP section at the World Snow Polo Championship in Aspen where they packed on minor PDA and were seen holding hands.

"They are very much in love and couldn't be better. They have been speaking about marriage as well," E News quoted a source.

"They get along amazingly and their communication is always fluid and easy. James is very into Mariah, though, and he wants to spoil her and her children every minute he can. He feels she only deserves the best," the website quoted another source.

Aspen is probably the favourite destination of the love birds as they first met in Aspen a couple of years ago during the premiere of “Hercules.”

Apparently, this ski resort town has emerged as a new favourite holiday destination for many celebrities as Elle Macpherson, Dakota Johnson and Judd Apatow too have been spotted there recently.
