There are reports stating that the Nexus 9 will be unveiled next week and will be available on sale in early November. According to reports from Android Authority on October 15 or 16, everyone will see the unveiling of the much awaited version of Android, the Android L and other devices. These devices are set to hit the market on the 1st of November.

There are other similar reports coming from the Bright side of the News. They have reported that there is an event happening on the 15th of October with pre orders starting on the same day. The devices will be available in stores from the 3rd of November. These reports are from trusted sources and they have mentioned that the HTC Nexus 9 will cost $399.

To cater a larger audience, the Nexus 9 will be available at major retailer online. Reports state that the device will be available in the U.K at B&M and it was mentioned that Google will place mini-kiosks at selected Best Buy Stores. The Nexus 9 will also be available at retailers online as well as in stores at the same time. The HTC manufactured Nexus 9 can be ordered on Google Play Store too.

This beast is more expensive than its predecessor the Nexus 7 that was released in 2013 and cost $299. But since the Nexus 9 has so much more going on under the hood with all the high end specifications the price can be compromised.

A recap of the Nexus 9 specifications: it displays a Quad HD screen and a 64 bit Tegra K1 processor and a massive battery. According to NVIDIA, the Tegra K1 processor powers super computers in the U.S. Pictures that were leaked by Upleaks suggest that the body will be made of plastic though there is talk about a metal body. According to the Wall Street Journal the Nexus 9 will be launched along with the Nexus 6 or Motorola Shamu or Nexus X.

Four days ago, there were reports that stated the Google event will not only be held on the 15th of October, but it will also launch the Android wear 2.0, the much awaited version of the Android, "Android L" and the Android TV. The Android wear 2.0 is an update to the Android watch that will function independently after it is disconnected from the Smartphone.

If these reports are indeed true, October 15 will be the date to look forward to. With all the goodies that Google has lined up for the coming festive season. On the 16th of October, everyone will see another press event by Apple and the launch of the iPad Pro. So this week is going to be an exciting one.
