'General Hospital' spoilers for June 30: Julian wants to test whether Alexis is really pregnant; Sonny is concerned for her safety [VIDEO]

A highly emotional episode awaits “General Hospital” (“GH”) on its upcoming episode. On Thursday, Julian (William deVry) doesn’t buy Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) pregnancy claim. He wants her to do a test to back her story up, but she refuses until he turns himself in and come clean about killing Carlos (Jeffrey Parise).

Meanwhile, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) talk about the danger Alexis is in. Spoilers hint that one of them decides to check in on her and make sure she’s safe. Other “General Hospital” cast members who will appear on the upcoming episode include Carly (Laura Wright), Kiki (Hayley Erin), Morgan (Bryan Craig), Dillon (Robert Watkins), Hayden (Rebecca Budig), Finn (Michael Easton), Franco (Roger Howarth) and Nina (Michelle Stafford).

The show’s official website uploaded a preview video for June 30, offering a sneak peek of the latest instalment. On the first scene, Carly dares Kiki, “If you care so much about Morgan, why were you kissing Dillon?” Meanwhile, Dillon provokes Morgan as he teases, “You’re worried that she’s going to choose me.”

Elsewhere, Nina asks Franco, “Why weren’t you answering my texts?” At jail, Finn reveals to Hayden that the disease is trying to kill him.

Anna also figures in the trailer as she wonders to Sonny, “Aren’t you worried that Julian is going to hurt Alexis?” Speaking of Alexis, she adamantly tells Julian, “Tell the police that you killed Carlos, then I’ll take the test.”

TV Guide reports that on Thursday’s episode, Kiki plays the peacemaker when Morgan and Dillon butt heads. Elsewhere, Hayden is determined to help out Finn, while Franco and Nina take time to seriously discuss their failed relationship.

On Wednesday, Julian didn’t believe Sonny when the latter told him about Alexis’ pregnancy. Sonny said he should have kept it a secret until Jerome was in the ground. Julian brushed him off and left. Later, Anna went over to Sonny’s house. They talked about Julian’s fate. Sonny informed her that Julian fell hook, line and sinker. Meanwhile, Julian arrived home and walked in on Alexis as she was looking at a family album. He confronted her about being pregnant. She said she is, and an argument ensued between the two. Shortly after, he brandished a pregnancy test and asked her to take it.
