Shortly after the iPhone 6 Plus Bendgate issue surfaced, Samsung had released a video that displayed the strength of the Galaxy Note 4 by subjecting the phablet to three-point high pressure bend test along with a human weight test. Now, the South Korean tech giant has released a second video with the title 'Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Drop Test' to show the resilience of the Galaxy Note 4.

CNet claims that in the new video the Galaxy Note 4 is made to undergo comprehensive drop and tumble tests at the testing centers. In one of the tests, the phablet is dropped on a metal floor in various angles and that too from varied heights. The drop test has been done not once but several hundred times.

The tumble test of the Galaxy Note 4 in the very same video shows the phablet inside a metal box getting tumbled several times to simulate the action of an accidental fall down the stairs. According to GSMArena, the reason why the Galaxy Note 4 was not damaged inspite of conducting a series of drop tests was that the metal frame around the edges of the device not only gives a premium appeal to it but also increases its durability. Moreover, the Gorilla Glass 3 protects the display from getting shattered.

The only major competitor for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the Apple iPhone 6 Plus. The largest iPhone made by the Cupertino company caught up in controversy within few days of getting released. Several videos surfaced on the web that the elegant looking aluminum body of the Apple's phablet is quite fragile and can bend with little pressure.

Apple tried to defend itself by stating that only nine customers have faced encountered the issue and it blamed the media for blowing the issue out of proportion. SamMobile claims that even though the Galaxy Note 4 has emerged unscathed through a amut of drop and tumble tests, real-life drops can make us understand the durability of Note 4. Through the second video from Samsung, it is quite evident that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 sports a very strong build.
