“Game of Thrones” season 6 star Emilia Clarke has recently reached one million followers on Instagram. A day before this, the British actress revealed some spoilers the upcoming sixth season of the HBO hit series set to premiere in 2016.

“#onemillion? Who'd a thought it?! By way of celebration, for every one of you fantabulous followers, a star has been created... one million to be exact. Just a little thank you from me to all a youse. #heresoneimadeearlier,” Clarke wrote on Instagram on July 17 to caption a wacky photo of herself.

This was followed by another Instagram post a day after featuring a photo of herself with her fellow “Game of Thrones” season 6 cast member Nathalie Emmanuel. She captioned it, “ Well look who I ran into at a certain airport ready for a certain read through..?! @nathalieemmanuel #seasonsixiscoming #buckleupkids #dragongliding.”

In “Game of Thrones,” Clarke plays Daenerys Targaryen, the Mother of Dragons. She is the only surviving child of Aerys II Targaryen, who was slain by Ser Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau). Emmanuel, on the other hand, plays Missandei, who was at Daenerys Targaryen’s council in “Game of Thrones” season 5.

In a recent interview with Los Angeles Times , Clarke said “Game of Thrones” season 6 will feature “shocking moment to shocking moment” and “epic moment to epic moment.” She described the upcoming season as “mental” and “epic” and pointed out that her character is definitely a part of it.

When asked whether or not she thinks Daenerys Targaryen learned from her failure as a ruler in “Game of Thrones” season 5, Clarke said she thinks her character is “ definitely on the upwards trajectory” of really learning from the mistakes that she has committed as a ruler.

For Clarke, it is a matter of Daenerys Targaryen being confident in the decisions that she is about to make and trusting herself instead of merely learning from the mistakes that have gone before her. She said her “Game of Thrones” character should be confident enough to take full responsibility for her decisions.

Another "Game of Thrones” season 6 spoiler was recently shared by Carice van Houten, who plays Melisandre in the HBO series. A t the London Film and Comic Co, she said Kit Harington’s character Jon Snow cannot be dead although he was killed off in the previous season.
