Over the weekend, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran exchanged some heated tweets over their failed relationship. In the end of that online bout however, Brown seems to have backed down and thanked Karrueche for all that she taught him.

Brown and Tran may no longer be an item, but the two still have their names being constantly linked to each other. It seems though that Brown is sick and tired of being talked about by Tran that when the recent Daytime Emmy winner talked about him again in a recent interview, he took to Instagram to let her know his displeasure. On his Instagram account, the “Run It” rapper claimed that talking about him or the relationship all the time is “f-king pointless.’ He also sounded off Tran (presumably the target of his tweet), should focus on her career during interviews. Brown capped off his rant by saying that the whole thing is “getting weak.”

Tran, who obviously saw the Instagram post of her ex-boyfriend, also went to her Instagram account and released her anger. She directly addressed Chris Brown (@chrisbrownofficial) on her message. There, Tran got really personal and in-depth, sharing to the world the “abuse” she received from Brown while they were still an item. She said Brown himself talked about her with Ryan Seacrest. She explained that her interview with Access Hollywood was not “entirely about Christ Brown” and when asked regarding their failed relationship, she is not the one to back down because the whole experience was “something she lived through.” She added that whenever she talks about him, it is her relaying her life and experience and not “bashing” him, which she could ‘easily” do.

"You know what's weak?? You forcing yourself into my car.. my broken window.. blowing up my phone.. trying to shower me w gifts.. Man the fuck up and change the bs in your life like I've told you several times," she ranted.

Brown however, did not reply scathingly anymore. Instead, he put a throwback picture of them two, looking really happy still and then wrote a message of love and gratitude for Tran. he said that he would be forever grateful that Tran was once in his life and for all the things he learned from her. He added that all he had been doing "was trying to fight for the woman he loves."

In his interview with Ryan Seacrest, the one Tran cited on her lengthy response to Brown, the rapper shared that he still loves Tran because he is not a “hateful person.” He added that his main goal now is to be the best father that he could be.
