Bruce Jenner was spotted following his Diane Sawyer interview looking rather happy. The former Olympic medalist recently revealed his decision to become a woman, and his decision was received warmly by his family as they’ve now labeled him their “hero.”

Mirror UK shared a photo of Bruce Jenner as he stepped out of Los Angeles looking at ease following his admission that he’s a “woman now.” The 65-year-old could be seen giving the paparazzi a smile as he was photographed wearing a hooded blue sweatshirt. Bruce Jenner was reportedly spotted getting into his car the morning after his Dianne Sawyer interview, where he revealed his transition into a woman.

Prior to his special two-hour interview with Sawyer, Bruce Jenner had reportedly already marked his transition into a woman when he was spotted wearing women’s clothing in two separate occasions. Photos from New York Daily News showed the former Olympian wearing a dress while on a smoke break on the patio of his Malibu home on April 21. Although the photos were a little blurry, the site seemed very certain it was Bruce Jenner spotted wearing a long-sleeved black and white striped dress, with a slit from the knee to the hem.

He was reportedly also spotted wearing what’s believed to be women’s undergarment while taking his bike out for a spin under the Santa Monica sunshine on April 20. According to Mirror UK, Jenner was photographed wearing what seemed to be a sports bra. The site also shared a photo where it shows the outline of the undergarment under the jacket he wore during his excursion.

Bruce Jenner’s Diane Sawyer interview was aired on ABC News on Friday, April 24. In his interview, he revealed to Sawyer how he felt that he’s always been a woman despite being married three times. “For all intents and purposes, I’m a woman,” he said.

“They see you as this macho male, but my heart and my soul and everything that I do in life -- it is part of me. That female side is part of me,” he added. Although he’s transitioning into a woman, Bruce Jenner admitted that he is not a lesbian but that he is “asexual.”
