One more girl’s dream of being a bride-to-be was shattered on Monday’s episode of “The Bachelor.” In one of the most heartbreaking moments of the reality TV show’s season 20, Ben Higgins sent contestant Caila Quinn packing to go back home.

The 24-year-old software sales rep was anything but bitter, however, and even managed to give a fearless forecast. She believes that Ben will give the final rose – and possibly an engagement ring – to Lauren Bushnell.

Fans were extremely sympathetic to Caila, especially with the way things unfolded on the most recent episode, when the foursome went to Jamaica for fantasy dates. Ben dropped the L-word to the two other finalists Lauren and JoJo Fletcher, but left Caila hanging. Still, Caila was confident that Ben feels strongly for her despite not getting an “I love you” back from him. “Ben can't tell me that he's in love with me, but Ben didn't have to say any words. It was just something I felt," she said.

Reality bit however, when Ben revealed to Caila will be the one being booted out that evening. Inside the limo, she broke down in tears. “I thought I’d be getting engaged in a week and a half,’ she cried.

While she has since recovered from that painful experience, Caila said there is one thing that she regrets about the whole ordeal. “I didn't get things off my chest as soon as I felt them because I kind of held things in which made me sound confusing -- like I sound right now,” she said in an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight. “Ben just doesn't waste any time, and I feel like I should've done that as well."

Caila also told Entertainment Tonight that she thinks it will be Lauren B. who would receive the final rose from Ben in the “The Bachelor” season finale. "I think he has really strong feelings for both of them, which means he really did fall hard, and he really opened himself to this process," she said. "But personally, I think I see a little more of a connection with Lauren B., but you never know. Either way, as long as he's happy, that's all that matters."

While Caila is no longer in the running for Ben’s bride-to-be, she will be seen in next week’s episode, the “Women Tell All” special, along with the other former contestants (watch teaser below). She is also a strong contender to be the next star of “The Bachelorette.” When asked about it, Caila said she might consider doing it because she did fall in love in the process. She added, “It has worked for so many other people before, and that's what I really want in life, and so who cares how you meet somebody as long as they're the right person?"
