Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly renting a luxury mansion in Australia for £23,270-a-week in the posh suburb of Bellevue in Sydney. The couple wants to spend the rest of the year Down Under with their six children, Maddox, 11, Pax, nine, Zahara, eight, Shiloh, six, and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne as Jolie has to start shooting of her film "Unbroken".

Based on the book "Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption," ( Laura Hillenbrand's acclaimed 2010 biography), the film chronicles the life of Zamperini, a former Olympic distance runner and WWII bombardier whose Air Force plane crashed at the sea. Floating adrift for 47 days and 2000 miles, he was caught by the Japanese navy and became a POW in a Japanese prison camp," in a post by www.justjared.com

The film will hit theatres on Christmas Day in 2014. Universal has purchased the movie rights to Laura Hillenbrand's novel "Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption".

"I've had the privilege of spending a great deal of time with Louie Zamperini, who is a hero of mine, and now-I am proud to say-a dear friend. I am deeply honoured to be telling his extraordinary story, and I will do my absolute best to give him the film he deserves. The luxury mansion comprises of 12 bedrooms, a private tennis court, a swimming pool a gym, and a cinema room. The mansion is also used before by Will Smith.

Estate agent who leased out the property to the couple, Julie Rogers said, ''It's without doubt one of the finest properties in Sydney.''

Meanwhile Brad Pitt, who is filming for 'Fury' in Hertfordshire, is expected to join his family this week.
