  • At the moment, we already have dozens of employees around the world, and we add freelancers and independent contractors to our roster whenever needed. As we work remotely, and we are able to hire people from around the world, we can ensure that we hire the best possible talent, Shojaei says.

A hardworking and motivated team can, in fact, take a company very far. At the end of the day, it all comes down to the team. No matter how good the leadership, and how great a purpose a company has, if the employees and the team do not stand with the same values, the goals cannot be achieved.

  • We currently employ writers, editors, designers, and other professionals that each in their own way take the company further on our journey. They are all motivated and passionate about the industry, which is one of the most important qualities you can have in this market, Shojaei says.

What is in the cards for later years?

At the moment, CasinoTopp.net is the highest ranking casino affiliate site for Norwegian and Swedish players. Casinotop.com, on the other hand, is covering multiple markets around the world and it is a continuous work in progress. Now, they cover, for instance, Finland, Denmark, India, Japan, Canada, and other important markets.

At the moment it looks like the market is only growing and there is more room for new companies, which is why we will work relentlessly to keep up at the top, Shojaei says.

In the past years, online gaming has become so popular that many predict that in the next couple of years, the market will become too saturated. They say that ultimately, the bigger and more established companies will start purchasing smaller companies and the market will finally be run by some of the biggest operators and companies.

  • We are planning to be at the top and to be one of those big companies who have a steady footing in the market. We are already well underway and at the moment, the horizon seems clear and we will keep on sailing, Shojaei says.
