Sandra Bullock, Chris Evans Dating Reports: Actress Sandra Bullock Pokes Fun at Dating Reports with 'Captain America' Actor

Reports about actress Sandra Bullock dating "Captain America" star Chris Evans started to circulate after the two were spotted and photographed numerous times while dining out with a couple of friends. The "Gravity" star decided to use a humorous approach in dismissing the romantic relationship between her and the 32-year-old "The Avengers" actor.

"You guys are a little behind. We've since married and it started breaking apart, so we separated," Sandra Bullock, 49, joked about the dating reports with Chris Evans on Entertainment Tonight. The actress further joked that she and Chris already filed for divorce and hoped that everyone can respect their privacy.

"But we're going to remain friends and share responsibility of the farm animals we've taken on, because you just can't abandon the animals," Bullock added. According to the People report, Sandra Bullock and Chris Evans initially ignited the dating reports back in March when they dined together with a group of friends in West Hollywood.

Reports on the alleged Sandra-Chris romantic relationship continued to spread around when the two dined with friends Chelsea Handler and Melissa McCarthy at a West Hollywood hot spot in April. In early May, dating reports surfaced again when Sandra and Chris were spotted sharing a meal with Chelsea Handler at Cecconi's in West Hollywood.

In the E!News report, an unnamed source revealed that Sandra Bullock and Chris Evans are not in a relationship but the two are hanging out and in the process of getting to know each other. "They haven't put a title on it, but they really like each other," the source stated.

The report further revealed that Chris Evans met Sandra Bullock at the Vanity Fair Oscar party held back in February 2012. Then, Chris Evans admitted in the April 2012 Playboy interview that he used to be in love with the actress as a kid growing up.

"Sandy B. was my girl. I remember seeing Speed when I was in seventh grade and just thinking, 'That's her.'" Evans shared. The actor further revealed that he used to have a big poster of Sandra Bullock in his bedroom.

When asked about what kind of girl he likes, Chris Evans shared that he gets attracted to women who have a soft side, gets emotional when it comes to babies and puppies and those who can make fun of themselves because he loves to poke fun at himself. The heartthrob actor finally added that he finds generosity, genuine humility, modesty and compassionate people attractive.
