When Samsung remains tight-lipped about any of its upcoming devices, fans go crazy with anticipation. This is somewhat the case with Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 that is expected to be released early 2017. Due to lack of any official data, rumours are running riot on the Internet. The tab may come with an Exynos chipset, AMOLED display and a lot of other features though nothing is confirmed.

Tech enthusiasts are still banking on MWC 2017 in March for the device to get released. Some are even more optimistic and feel the Galaxy Tab S3 will come as early as January 2017. Two variants of the tab could be released, 8-inch and 9.7-inch. Both may sport AMOLED displays, pretty much like the Galaxy Tab S2. Many believe that the SM-T820 and SM-T825 model numbers are the Wi-Fi and LTE variants of the Galaxy Tab S3.

Moreover, 32GB and 64GB internal storage options are expected in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 along with at least 4GB of RAM power. However, if Samsung at all releases the Tab S3 in Jan, then instead of an Exynos processor, it can always go for a high-performance Snapdragon processor. Combined with an Android Nougat operating system, the Galaxy Tab S3 may be able to provide users with an excellent user interface and performance.

Earlier in November, it was reported that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 were spotted entering India for testing purposes. The listing did not reveal much about the device’s specs or features but it had a price mentioned of INR 34,138 (AU$690), reported GSMArena. Most Samsung devices are first sent to India for testing, research and improvement as there are numerous such centres in India that offer to do the testing at lower rates than other countries.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note 8 are two other highly-anticipated devices of 2017. The Galaxy Tab S3 could be released along with these devices.
