Fresh rumours are now indicating that Samsung will be very soon releasing a smaller version of its Galaxy S6 smartphone. The specifications of the purported Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini have been revealed through an online retailer listing.

The alleged Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini has been found listed on a retailer website from UAE, called LetsTango. The listing has revealed some of the key specifications of the alleged smartphone.

The retailer listing of the Galaxy S6 has stated that it will arrive with a Super AMOLED display of 4.6-inch. It will be powered by a hexacore processor that clocks at 1.8 GHz. The CPU will be supported by 2 GB of RAM.

The internal storage of the smartphone is mentioned as 16 GB. It will be featuring a rear camera of 15 MP whereas its front side will be housing a 5 MP camera. It will be coming with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.

Its specs also include a fingerprint scanner that indicates that the Galaxy S6 Mini would carry support for Samsung Pay. The listing states that the fingerprint sensor has been certified by PayPal. For connectivity, the Galaxy S6 Mini will carry support for 4G LTE. The size of the battery that it features is not known yet, but what is known is that it will be coming with a non-removable battery.

The model number of the alleged smartphone is mentioned as SM-G6MINI. The price of the Galaxy S6 Mini is not listed on LetsTango’s listing. However, the listing provides a space for buyers to submit their email address so that they can be notified when it becomes available, Mobi Picker reports.

The speculations on the existence of the Galaxy S6 Mini began in July when purported live photos of the smartphone surfaced. It was expected to debut in August. However, the South Korean manufacturer has not revealed any official information on the Galaxy S6 Mini.
