Finally, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and its dual-edge curved display sibling, the Galaxy S6 Edge has been launched though the Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event on March 1. Both the handsets sport a very refreshing new design and are expected to deliver unmatched performance through their powerful 64-bit Exynos chipsets.

Galaxy S6 Release Date And Price

The Samsung Galaxy S6 release date is April 10. From this day, the handset will be available across the world in different internal storage options like 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. During the launch event, Samsung refrained from revealing the Galaxy S6 price.

Phone Arena speculates that the Galaxy S6 with an on-contract, the S6 flagship is expected to be available for $200. According Sam Mobile, the 32 GB Galaxy S6 will be available for euro 699 ($782, AU$ 1007), the 64 GB Galaxy S6 will be priced at euro 799 ($894, AU$ 1151) and lastly, the 128 GB Galaxy S6 will be available for euro 899 ($1006, AU$ 1295) for the European markets.

Galaxy S6 Edge Release Date And Price

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge release date is also said to be April 10 like its sibling. It will also be available in three inbuilt storage variants like 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. There is no official announcement on its price.

Thanks to the dual-edged curved display it sports, the Galaxy S6 Edge is expected to be costlier than the Galaxy S6. Phone Arena assumes that the on-contact price of Galaxy S6 Edge will be $299. However, the off-contract pricing of the Galaxy Note Edge has been revealed for the European markets.

The 32 GB Galaxy S6 Edge will carry a price tag of euro 849 ($950, AU $1222). The 64 GB Galaxy S6 Edge will be rolled out for euro 949 ($1062, AU$ 1366). The 128 GB Galaxy S6 Edge variant will be available for purchase for euro 1049 ($1173, AU$ 1151).
