New actors are reportedly set to join the cast “Pirates of Caribbean 5.” The recent report has revealed that Adam Brown, Delroy Atkinson and Danny Kirrane have been roped in for the Disney film.
Though it is not known what roles will these actors play, Screen Rant is speculating that one or two of them can play the crew members of the ship. The report of the three actors joining the film has been revealed by Variety. Adam is known for his role of dwarf in “The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies." His character’s name was Ori. Adam is also a seasoned theatre actor and when casting director Peter Jackson casted him in “The Hobbit” he had all the praises for the actor.
“Adam is a wonderfully expressive actor and has a unique screen presence,” Jackson said, according to Coming Soon. Meanwhile, Delroy is known for his role “Still Crazy,” and Danny is known for “Automata.” “Pirates of Caribbean 5’s” shooting will reportedly start in mid-February. Johnny Depp is set to reprise his role of Captain Jack Sparrow whereas Orlando Bloom could be back as Will Turner. Bloom is reportedly a big fan of Depp and this was one of the reasons why he decided to become the part of the franchise.
“I had a great time working with Johnny, one of the reasons I jumped at the opportunity was because Johnny was involved,” he said in one his previous interviews, reported Screen Rant. Meanwhile, Javier Bradman will reportedly play the main villain in the film and Brenton Thwaites and Kaya Scodelario will be seen as the leads, according to the website.
“Pirates of the Caribbean 5” has been officially titled as “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” The film is reportedly a soft reboot of the previous “Pirates of the Caribbean” films. There is not much known about the film’s plot details, though it is rumoured that it will be about a young man who wants to reconnect with his father. Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg will direct the film and its major portion will be shot in Australia. Jerry Bruckheimer is set to produce the film. “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” is scheduled to be released in January 2017.
