Nicole Kidman Boob Job Reports: A Desperate Attempt to Win Keith Urban Back [PHOTOS]

Rumoured to have a breast enlargement, Nicole Kidman stunned everyone at the recent Swisse Celebrate Life Ball in Melbourne on Thursday, June 13, when she showed up in a low cut dress. According to some reports, the Australian actress got an impressive boob job to save her relationship with husband Keith Urban.

Looking as plump as ever, experts says that she's gone up at least a cup when she walked the red carpet event with larger-than-normal chest wearing a floor length Prada gown. The reports on her body enhancement is not the first time for the slender actress, she admitted to dabbling with Botox in the past and now some tabloids are claiming that she went through a full-on plastic surgery and enhanced her breasts.

"Her implants appear a bit 'high' which could be due to how the pocket was created for the implant or due to some degree of scar tissue around the implants which prevented them from settling into position," Dr. William Bruno, Beverly Hills Board Certified Surgeon, told Hollywood Life in an interview.

"There appears to be a noticeable gap between the implants, which creates a somewhat unnatural looking cleavage area. An anatomic breast implant, also known as a "tear drop" shaped implant, could have created a more natural look. I would estimate she is now between a B and C cup bra," Bruno added.

While in town for the event, the estranged couple was spotted at a Melbourne Children's Hospital where they paid some children a visit and made an impromptu performance of "Amazing Grace." The annual event aims to some raise money to fund the Monash Children's Hospital and Sydney's Children's hospital.

The blond actress and her Grammy-winning husband also took some time to take photos with fans and even speak with the young patients about their condition. Based on a report, the A-list duo even donated an acoustic guitar to hospital's neonatal ward, and signed: "With love, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman."

With so many rumours surrounding the couple, Urban on his sobriety and Kidman on her plastic surgeries, and their dwindling marriage fans can only hope that these rumours will only remain as rumours. While in Australia, the couple looked very happy together amidst the divorce allegations.
