It’s all about taking risks and dealing with consequences on the upcoming episode of “Neighbours.” On Monday, things get hot and heavy once again between Paige Smith (Olympia Valance) and Tyler Brennan (Travis Burns). The pair seems to find comfort and ego boost from each other, but pursuing a relationship would certainly hurt some people.

Meanwhile, Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) is devastated to learn that he did not win the bid for Lassiters. Worse, the hotel will now be owned by Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou). Paul is unlikely to take this sitting down – it’s interesting to find out how he’ll deal with this setback. Other “Neighbours” cast members who will also appear on the Aug.1 episode include Jack Callahan (Andrew Morley), Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor), Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson), Piper Willis (Mavournee Hazel), Lauren Turner (Kate Kendall) and Brad Willis (Kip Gamblin).

Also appearing regularly in “Neighbours” are Sonya Rebecchi, Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney), Madison Robinson (Sarah Ellen), Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond), Jimmy Williams (Darcy Tadich), Charlie Hoyland (Alexander McGuire), Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne), Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher), Stephanie Scully (Carla Bonner), Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta), Xanthe Canning (Lilly Van Der Mer), Ben Ian Kirk (Felix Mallard), Gary Canning (Damien Richardson) and Sheila Canning (Colette Mann).

Channel Eleven posted a sneak peek of Monday’s episode. In the trailer, Jack tells Paige that boxing may not be the sport for her, she simply doesn’t have self-control. Another scene shows Paige going to Tyler and kissing him passionately. Digital Spy reports that this will happen after Paige gives Jack boxing lessons and they nearly kiss. However, Jack pulls away, leaving Paige frustrated. She vents her frustration on Tyler, who also can’t resist Paige.

The preview video also features Lucy, as she informs Paul that there’s a better candidate bid for Lassiters, and that she chose Terese to buy the hotel. Digital Spy reports that Terese and Madison are elated over their win, and Madison will be going to New York as Terese’s representative.

Meanwhile, Charlie is trapped at the dumpster by some boys at school. Spoilers says that Charlie only defended Jimmy, after he’s teased for Amy’s cleaning scandal. Unfortunately, the two mates have an argument of their own and it seems their friendship’s over.

“Neighbours” recap

Last week, Sonya and Toadie reported to Mark the two vandalism incidents, and Aaron was convinced that the culprit was Clive West. However, Mark didn’t want to jump to conclusions. He also wanted to investigate Belinda, claiming that he could be a disgruntled ex-client of Toadie’s. Based on Mark’s investigation, Clive had a solid alibi during the vandalism acts. Aaron refused to back down and disobeyed Mark’s orders. Aaron publicly named and shamed Clive as the one responsible for both attacks. Expectedly, Mark lashed at him and Aaron apologised. Mark also informed Steph that Belinda wasn’t responsible for the attacks.

Brad was having problems with Dustin, who didn’t want to be involved in any of the centre’s activities. Jack suggested boxing, but Brad was hesitant about the sport. Paige volunteered to donate her punching bag and other boxing gears to the centre. Paige went out for a bit to get some refreshments and when she returned, she saw Jack and Dustin sparring. Seeing Jack all sweaty and hot stirred not-so-old feelings within Paige. She volunteered to replace Jack and sparred with Dustin. However, their little fun made an ugly turn when Dustin hit Paige square on the face, knocking her down.
