The decently-priced Lenovo Vibe K4 Note puts up a fair challenge against other budget smartphones in the market that boasts of innovative features. The 3rd generation Moto G is yet another budget-friendly smartphone with features that you will love to use.

The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note has a starting price of Rs. 11, 998 (approx. AU$252). It is indeed an excellent phone for those looking forward to great display quality along with advanced sound input. Moto G3, on the other hand, has a starting price of US$179.99 (approx. AU$253). Since the prices of both the devices are almost the same, let’s compare the two phones and find out which is a better Android handset.

Display

As far as display is concerned, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note has an edge over the Moto G3. The former handset has a 5.5-inch full HD display with 401ppi pixel density. The biggest plus point is that the Lenovo Vibe K4 has a Dolby audio configuration inside it that offers excellent sound quality when watching movies or your favourite video on its screen without using earphones.

Moto G3, however, lacks any Dolby sound system integrated within. The handset comes packed with a 5-inch display with HD resolution and 294ppi pixel density.

Software and Hardware

Designed with Android 5.1 and Vibe UI, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is supposedly getting upgraded to a Marshmallow update. On the other side, the Moto G3 is also lined up for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. The handset is believed to offer an excellent Android experience.

Lenovo K4 scores higher than Moto G3 in terms of hardware specifications. The former is powered by an octa-core CPU with 3GB of RAM, while the latter features a quad-core CPU with 2GB of RAM, reports Tech Radar.

Water resistivity

The specialty of the Moto G3 is that it is IPx7 certified and is able to withstand water when the phone is submerged in a depth of up to one meter for up to 30 minutes. On the other hand, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note lacks the water-resistant attribute.

Hence, the above comparison shows that the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note wins over the Moto G3 in all aspects except for the water-resistant feature.
