Jason Biggs, using his natural charm and wit, hits back on an article that labeled him fat. Instead of being defensive, the actor used sarcasm to get his point across -- he does not need to be fat-shamed.

Page Six recently reports that Jason Biggs had hit the gym after gaining significant amount of weight. The article reports that the actor is working hard with an instructor to achieve his “weight loss” goals at at Barry’s Bootcamp.

The actor fired back using his Instagram while posting the picture of the said offensive article. "Hey lay off me," he captioned on Instagram with a picture of the article. "My coke dealer has been in prison ok?" The actor seems to be referencing his “Orange Is the New Black” character as the fiancé of a drug smuggler.

Page Six however, refuses to be intimidated by Biggs’ attempt of defense. The website published another article claiming they have proof that that the actor did gain weight. In an article entitled ‘The Real Reason for Jason Biggs’ Weight Gain, the Page Six team claimed that a theatre source wrote to them and ascertained the actor gained weight. The source said Page Six is not the only that noticed Biggs’ bigger frame because he noticed it too when he saw the “Heidi Chronicles.”

Jason Biggs is too busy to let the issue affect him though. Apart from his role in the “Orange is the New Black,” the “American Pie” actor is also busy being hands-on with his 14-month-old son. On a recent interview, Biggs said his son Sid is already curious about a lot of things. The baby also plays with a lot of “strange items” such as coffee cups and an empty Perrier bottle. He said baby Sid is also learning to take his first steps. But Jason said the momentous event took place in a funny way. “Jenny was in the bathroom and Sid had the toilet paper,” the proud father recalled. “She was like, ‘Come here, I need that,’ so he took two steps towards her,” he shared.
