Iggy Azalea just added another feather in her cap after being named as the most watched celebrity in Australia and having landed sixth place globally for the year 2014. Her hit single "Fancy" has also won "Song Of The Year" on Apple iTunes Best of 2014 list.

The "Fancy" hitmaker managed to top the list of most watched video clips in Australia this year due to her collaborations with various artists. Her hit number "Fancy," featuring Charlie XCX, was listed as Australia's most watched clip for 2014 with 388,881,896 views. It also ranked sixth in the top 25 videos in the world, as told by Music Feeds.

The year 2014 has been an exciting time for the rapper. In the past six months, she has been nominated for various prestigious awards. In addition, her February-released single is still reaping benefits. Her other videos featuring Ariana Grande and Rita Ora also made it to the world's top list, landing the 11th and 24th spots, respectively. The 24-year-old rapper is also keeping her fingers crossed for the Grammy Awards 2015. She is nominated in three different categories: best rap album for "The New Classic," best pop duo/group performance for "Fancy" and best new artist.

Meanwhile, Azalea thanked her fans on Twitter declaring that 2010 and 2011 were the hardest years for her. She also announced that she is planning a worldwide tour, entitled "The Great Escape" which is also the name of her upcoming album.

The Australian star also faced some controversial moments involving her personal life. Recently, she was dragged in debates involving her race by Azealia Banks, who dubbed the rapper as "Igloo Australia." Banks claimed that Azalea wanted to bank on black culture without showing any solidarity, as told by Sydney Morning Herald.

Azalea is joined by another Australian artist--the jazz singer-songwriter Sia. Her video for "Chandelier" is named the seventh most viewed clip of the year, with whopping 372,759,690 views to date. The video, which was directed by Sia, featured 12-year-old actress and dancer Maddie Ziegler wearing the singer's signature wig.
