Showtime and Fox 21 are in full gear ahead of the premieres of Season 3 of hit series, "Homeland." Damian Lewis, Claire Daines and Mandy Patinkin join co-stars at the show’s premiere screening held at Corcoran Gallery of Art on Sept. 9, 2013.

Keeping the high spirits and not discouraged by the show’s first episode leaked online last week, stars of the popular TV series graced the red carpet at the Gallery in Washington City, led by lead characters Carrie Mathison (Daines), Nick Brody (Lewis) and Saul Berenson (Patinkin).

Daines look elegant and fresh in white, off-shoulder gown, cutting a simple look with her hair down and gold bracelet. Lewis looks dapper in grey suit, with his hair back after shaving it for the show. Patinkin, whose character reportedly evolved in the upcoming season, impressed in silk, maroon long sleeve while heavily pregnant Morena Baccarin, who plays the role of Nick Brody’s wife, shows off classy, pregnant look in chocolate dress.

Joining the recurring lead stars are Jackson Pace and Morgan Saylor who both play as children of Lewis and Baccarin on the show. Earlier video teaser released in August 2013 dropped hints that Brody’s family will be under constant harassment by the mass media. Saylor, who plays the character of Dana is reportedly (spoilers) converting to Muslim as her religion.

It will be recalled that Dana caught her Dad, Nick while praying at the house garage in Season 2. Nick’s efforts to hide his conversion to Islam failed with sneaky Dana, who got curious with his dad spending a lot of time alone at the garage. Curiosity as they say killed the cat, but for Dana, this meant exploring what it likes to be a Muslim like her dad.

Other actors who attended the premiere screening, hosted by Showtime and Fox 21, for "Homeland" Season 3 included Alex wagner and S.E. Cupp. The event will not be complete without the show’s top honchos including David Nevins, the President of Showtime Network’s Entertainment department and Matthew C. Blank, CEO & Chairman of Showtime Networks and Gary Newman, Co-Chairman of Fox 20th TV.

"Homeland" Season 3 kicks off on Sept. 29, 9p.m.
