Research by Gallup has demonstrated that organisations with high levels of engagement routinely outperform their competitors; they are 27% more profitable, they have 38% above average productivity and have 50% higher customer loyalty.

Despite ample evidence pointing to the business benefits of engaged staff, Australian organisations are still struggling with disengaged workers.

2010 saw the largest decline in employee engagement in 15 years, according to Hewitt, and for the first time the number of organisations experiencing a decrease in levels of engagement out-weighed the number of organisations achieving an increase.

In an attempt to gain greater understanding of what's driving this engagement crisis, and more importantly what employers can do to combat it, RedBalloon has partnered with Shirlaws for the second time to conduct the Engagement Capability Survey 2012 - and now they want you to contribute.

Everyone who takes part in the Shirlaws & RedBalloon Engagement Capability Survey 2012 receives a FREE soft copy of the report and entry into a prize draw to win a $300 RedBalloon Gift Voucher. Survey closes 3 February.

Then, attend the Engagement Capability Workshop series in April 2012. Benchmark your organisation against best practice engagement strategies and walk away with a detailed action plan to make a difference to your organisation immediately. Early bird discounts available until 10 February.
