Thanksgiving is nearing and characters of “Days of Our Lives” are already feeling it. More than thinking about small things that would make anyone thankful for, there are just some matters that cannot be brushed aside even with the season’s theme.

In this upcoming week on “DOOL,” relationships will hang on the line, problems will arise and some harsh truths will be revealed. How they will get through these tough happenings will only be seen as events unfold this week.

On Monday, November 21, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will see each other to discuss their bumpy relationship. Adrienne Johnson Kiriakis (Judi Evans) and Lucas Horton’s (Bryan Dattilo) wedding will cease abruptly.

On Tuesday, Adrienne gets comforted by Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith), who will be coming up with a means of helping his mother solve her problem. JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will confess a deep secret to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

On Wednesday, Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will be investigating the Hernandez family shipments. Theo Carver (Kyler Pettis) will tell Abe Carver (James Reynolds) that Valerie Grant (Vanessa A. Williams) is one big liar. Soaps She Knows also notes that Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) will admit to Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) that she has some fears that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) might have been over his adoration of her. Gabi will reveal her decision to Chad. Abigail will try to reach out to him.

On Thursday and on Friday, “Days of Our Lives” will be pre-empted to give way to the Thanksgiving Holidays. “Days of Our Lives” airs on NBC on weekdays. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
