'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for Nov. 18: Goodbyes, a wedding and a pregnancy bombshell rock Salem

Salemites are in for shocking twists and a dramatic turn of events on the upcoming episode of “Days Of Our Lives” (“DOOL”). On Friday, the time has come for Theresa (Jen Lilley) to bid farewell to Salem. Spoilers suggest that Theresa will spend her last day with her loved ones as her plans come into completion.

As hard as it is for her, she knows that leaving Brady (Eric Martsolf) and their baby is the best option to protect them from Mateo (Andoni Garcia). Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will figure prominently on the Nov. 18 installment include Adrienne (Judi Evans), Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), Justin (Wally Kurth), Sonny (Freddie Smith), Joey (James Lastovic), Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans).

TV Guide reports that on Friday’s run of “DOOL,” Lucas and Adrienne ties the knot. Meanwhile, Sonny offers Justin some words of wisdom. Elsewhere, Joey confides in on Steve, sharing Jade’s pregnancy. Theresa, on the other hand, savours her last moments in Salem.

In the previous episode, Jennifer was feeling quite emotional as she writes her article about Hope’s sentencing. She heard something and opened her door. Jennifer was shell-shocked when she found her daughter that she fainted. When she regained her consciousness, Abby explained what happened – that she faked her death because she didn't want her family to waste their lives taking care of her knowing she'd never be whole again. While she was gone, somebody helped her to get better but decided to return when she learned that JJ was shot.

Elsewhere, Theresa resisted Brady’s efforts to get her out of Salem Inn. Brady wanted to put her in rehab but she refused. When she said that Tate would be better without her, Brady lost it. He screamed, “Go to hell!” at her and stormed off. Theresa headed to the pub and told her parents that it’s over.
