“Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” has received a major boost as the original “Crash Bandicoot” actress, Debi Derryberry, has confirmed that she would reprise her role as Coco Bandicoot in the upcoming remakes. Moreover, brand new screenshots have surfaced online featuring previously unseen gameplay capture. Czech retailer SuperGamer has given a June 30 release date for the game though Sony has simply stated 2017 as the release date while exact dates remain a mystery. June 30 is a Friday and most new game releases happen on Fridays.

According to Express, Coco first made her appearance in “Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back” and was also a playable character in “Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.” The brand new “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” screenshots have been released ahead of the game’s PS4 release date. “Crash Bandicoot” Remastered Collection will be developed by Activision and Vicarious Visions. There are also talks about a brand new “Crash Bandicoot” adventure in future. A member of the development team said a Crash game is always welcome.

Fans are happy getting remasters of the original three games. Those who want to know how the remastering is shaping up, GamingBolt says that the game looks great and Vicarious Visions is pouring all its efforts in remastering the three games for PS4. The remastering in “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” looks fabulous and impeccable in the screenshots as they play on fan nostalgia. The screenshots were published by Game Informer.

“Obviously we're fans. Everybody wants to see a new Crash game ... I'm onside with everybody else. We'd love to see as much Crash as possible. It's really cool that he's really making a comeback right now,” said the development team member in January to Express Online.

The “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” leaked images provide a good look at boss fights and also some of the platforming segments. They also provide a clear and nostalgic view of Crash riding his trusty polar bear and hog. In December 2016, a Brazilian online retailer listed the game as releasing on Feb. 28, 2017. If that’s true, it’s only a matter of days for fans as the developers reveal interesting gameplay details on that date. Many gaming experts were able to have a taste of the game during the PlayStation Experience.

Even though “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” does not offer anything new, it does pave way for a return of a long-lost era of PlayStation gaming. Stay tuned on IBT AU for more updates on the trilogy.
