The 19-year-old star of "The Carrie Diaries" said that she is not ready for true love.

AnnaSophia Robb who plays as the young Carrie Bradshaw in the prequel of the hit series "Sex and the City" said that she is not ready for love yet. Robb claims that she felt a bit awkward filming intimate scenes with her co-star Austin Butler, especially when he is madly in love with real life girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

On the latest issue of Seventeen magazine, AnnaSophia said that although Austin is cute, kissing in front of the camera is not fun.

"One of the biggest challenges for us is to be sexy and flirty on camera because we just can't take each other seriously any more - kissing on camera isn't that fun! But he's so cute!" Robb gushed.

"He talks about Vanessa all the time. They're crazy in love!" AnnaSophia added. "I don't think I'm ready to be that in love. They put so much time into their relationship, and I'm too selfish right now."

Although she might have landed one of the most coveted roles on TV right now, she explained that she wasn't always successful and lucky and claims that she was an outsider when she was in high school.

"I think girls are especially worried about being judged, and when you're in high school, everything seems like a bigger deal than it is. As soon as you're out, it feels like forever ago - zip-a-dee-doo-dah!" she said as an encouragement to teens who are having a tough time fitting in high school.

"So do what you want, and if people are going to judge you for it, who cares? You might not fit in, but that's OK. Everyone thought I was weird in high school!"
