Rob Mills shares humbly that he knows for himself that he has to learn a lot more on being the host of the revamped show, 'Young Talent Time.'

The Aussie singer who is the brand new host of the brand new version of the show admits that he has his own strengths and weaknesses working as a television host. He may be so used to holding the microphone singing, but it is a very different thing when the microphone is held hosting.

In his interview with National Features, he mentioned that the strength he has a host is the way he connects well with people from different lifestyles, no matter what age or gender. In the show, he handles groups of kids with a wide range of age and caters to an audience of young to old.

It is the lack of experience that he considers the weak spot of his career as a host. However, he works consistently hard as seen on every episode of the show to improve his hosting style and approach. He is very thankful to the cast and crew of Ten who also helps him out with his learning curve.

Despite the struggling rating of the show, Rob believes that the land of Down Under is all ready for this kind of talent show. He adds that it brings positive feeling to a lot of people when we see the young people dancing and singing all over again.

He also expressed his gratefulness to have worked with Tina Arena for he considers her like some kind of a 'mother hen.' Rob reveals that Tina may appear stern on screen but when she is not in front of the camera, she acts as a very nurturing mother to everyone, especially the kids.
