'The Young and the Restless' (Y&R) spoilers for Dec. 19, 2016: Ashley questions Jack; Dylan tries to restore family; Victoria gets cranky

The situation gets warm in “The Young and the Restless” as Dylan will do whatever is within his scope and power to restore his family to how it was. Meanwhile, Victoria gets a little cranky while Ashley gets assertive.

Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will be questioning Jack Abbot (Peter Bergman). Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) will pull of his best efforts to focus on restoring his family.
Ashley will come across Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in the elevator. He will goad her about Jack kicking his daughter out and Ashley will defend his brother.
Meanwhile, Jill will read Jack the riot act about the eviction notice that he found in his office. Jack will concede that his acts were not right but he still will not honour their lease. Jill Atkinson (Jess Walton) will threaten to sue. Jill will flashback to a similar conversation she had with Jack many years ago. She will storm out as Ashley enters the scene.
At Brash & Sassy, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will admit to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) that she felt great after throwing a tantrum. He will encourage her to let everything out and smash a test tube. Victoria does as instructed, and smashes a dozen of test tubes and goes for a large beaker. Just when she is about to drop it, Victor and Jill appears out of nowhere.
At The Underground, Phyllis Abbott (Gina Tognoni) will offer to clean up so that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) can watch Faith’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) play, writes Soaps She Knows. He appears not to be in any hurry. Later on, Phyllis gets irrational and changes the subject to Christian. She will say that Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) did a good job taking care of him.
This upcoming episode of “The Young and the Restless” will air on Monday December 19 in the US. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
