Spoiler alert! This article contains “The Young and the Restless” spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens next before the next episode airs.

On October 5, Wednesday, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will wrestle control over a tough situation. Sharon Case (Sharon McAvoy) will find a new ally. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will set a strategic trap in order for him to get revenge, writes Soaps She Knows.

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will issue Sharon a Warning that Dylan McAvoy(Steve Burton) is already on his way to Patty Williams’ (Stacy Haiduk) facility. Patty will keep Sharon assured that Dylan will listen to what she has to say. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will speak up to Phyllis Abbot (Gina Tognoni) during work and will let her know that there is no place for her in the family business.

Jack does not appear to be a very forgiving person as spoilers reveal that he will choose to pull off a revenge plot. Spoilers say that he will be setting up a trap and the very likely target of this would be Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). If that already appears to be a lot of trouble for Billy, it appears that there is even more in store for him as spoilers say that he will be arrested soon. This however may or may not be connected to Jack’s revenge plan.

It looks like Mariah has been fed up after all the pressure than Sharon has let her into. Sharon will attempt to take control of the situation so she might try to turn the tables and put the pressure on Patty and Sharon. Dylan on the other hand will get protective of his family and will begin a mission to pinpoint the person behind the disturbing calls.

“The Young and the Restless” airs on CBS every Monday to Friday in the US. It also airs on Arena in Australia.
