With the "Halo 5: Guardians" multiplayer beta officially out, Microsoft has already released the preorder details for those who want to start the year knowing that they'll be playing the full game in 2015. Revealed via the Xbox Wire, there are three editions that fans can get their hands on.

The first is the Standard Edition, offered at $59.99, and will add in an exclusive poster with the copy of the game. The Limited Edition ($99.99) contains all there is in the Standard Edition, with some digital content and some exclusive items tossed for better Spartan combat experience. All of these will be offered in a unique steel book.

Lastly, there's also the most premium edition in the offerings, the Limited Collector's Edition. It bundles what is offered with the Limited Edition and includes additional content in the form of a commemorative numbered statue. The add-on is not yet detailed, but the Limited Collector's Edition has a price tag of $249.99.

Apart from the preorder details announcement, Microsoft also has news for fans who have yet to witness the beta in action. Originally, a player would need to have "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" to access the "Halo 5: Guardians" beta. But it appears that players can still view what happens in the beta once Microsoft provides some weekly recap of how players are currently enjoying it. At the very least, players can see how the 4v4 beta feels, and how the seven maps, three game types, and different armour sets play out in the overall multiplayer campaign.
