In this upcoming episode of “Supergirl,” viewers will get to see Kara suit up for an army of aliens with what appears to be technologically advanced arms. Meanwhile, Winn and James face their superhero dreams and the dilemma that comes with their plans.

On Season 2 Episode 5 , viewers will get a generous dose of intergalactic drama when the episode entitled “Crossfire” goes on TV. This episode promises to introduce to viewers a vicious gang that is armed with alien technology. Of course, Supergirl does not appear too pleased with what they have in mind.

In the official synopsis for the upcoming episode, it is revealed that Supergirl must beat a ruthless gang that is heavily armed with technologically advanced dangerous weapons. When Cadmus sends a video to the DEO, the team will realize that Cadmus is the one staffing the criminals for what appears to be a secret mission.

Kara will get Mon-El (Chris Wood) a job as an intern at Catco while James (Mehcad Brooks) will make an important decision and Lena will invite Kara for one of her fundraisers.

Comicbook.com writes that is looks like the new big boss of CatCo wants to be a superhero in his own right for this coming episode. James will take on his new job as a vigilante by night for National City. He says that he has been a sidekick all his life and that all his best friends wear capes and their heroes save people.

While James gets a little too excited, Winn (Jeremy Jordan) will tell him that he can get himself killed with what he is planning. Although he has already decided to keep away from Kara his vigilante tendencies, he has revealed them to Winn. Winn was all out supportive for Kara becoming Supergirl but it seems that he is getting worried about James’ dreams of becoming a superhero. In order to look out for James, Winn decides to be his sidekick.

Season 2 Episode 5 of “Supergirl,” titled “Crossfire,” will air on The CW on November 7, 2016. The show also airs on Syfy in Australia.
