[Spoiler alert]

The title of the next episode is “The Wynkahthu Job.” As the name suggests the plot will involve the Rebels going on a mission. According to the official synopsis the heroes will work with pirates to salvage a freighter full of weapons that are needed to fight the Empire. It is supposed to be a reasonably easy mission, but things will go bad quickly.

‘Star Wars Rebels’ Season 3 episode 8: Hondo is back

Perhaps the worst thing about the mission is that the heroes will have to join forces once again with Hondo Ohnaka (Voice by Jim Cummings), a character who is interested in only profits and self preservation. The heroes got a taste of the pirate’s true nature in their last encounter in which he abandoned them and ran.

A preview video of the next episode has been posted in the latest “Rebels Recon” show, on the official YouTube page of the franchise. The clip is of Hondo meeting the team for the first time after they parted ways at the Imperial station.

‘Star Wars Rebels’ Season 3 episode 8: Zeb not happy

The heroes are not happy about seeing the pirate again, and Zeb (Voice by Steve Blum) reminds Hondo about how he abandoned everyone at the Imperial station. Ezra (Taylor Gray), however, defends the pirate.

The Rebels may need the help of the pirates if they want to succeed in their mission. But, this time it is not just Hondo they have to deal with. Ezra’s old friend has a rather interesting partner the heroes have to deal with.

Hondo’s partner has no respect for the heroes, but the heroes may have no choice but accept the humiliating taunts. The team knows that when there is danger in “Star Wars Rebels” Season 3 episode 8, the pirates are sure to once again run away to save themselves first.
