A new scenes description involving Luke Skywalker in “Star Wars: Episode 8” has surfaced online. The scene description will remind the fans of the very first movie from the franchise that was released way back in 1977.

[Spoiler alert]

According to a report by Making Star Wars, a scene in the next movie will show Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) walking into a casino. The scene is said to be a reminder of the one from “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope,” in which a young Luke Skywalker walks into a bar with Obi-Wan Kenobi (Alec Guinness).

The new casino scene also has a lot of alien characters enjoying themselves. Luke enters the casino and walks around, looking for someone. It is not clear who Luke is looking for in the scene. There is no information about Rey (Daisy Ridley) being featured in the scene.

Although it is expected that the scene is the interiors of the sets seen in Dubrovnik, it has not been confirmed. Details about the costumes worn by the characters in the Casino scene are expected to reveal whether the scene is in fact the interior shots of the Dubrovnik set.

A few scenes with Laura Dern and Oscar Isaac for “Star Wars: Episode 8” were also reportedly filmed this week. The scenes are said to be that of an evacuation, where a lot of people get evacuated into smaller ships.

The report does not reveal from where the characters were being evacuated and why. The franchise is known for introducing massive ships and super weapons in each new movie. The Resistance may be facing more attacks from the First Order in the forthcoming movie.

“Star Wars: Episode 8” will be released on Dec. 15, 2017 in Australia. The movie is being directed by Rian Johnson and the cast members of the movie include John Boyega (Finn), Andy Serkis (Supreme Leader Snoke) and Adam Driver (Kylo Ren).
