Spiderman is coming to Marvel Universe and it has been rumoured that the studio wants a young actor to play the part of a web slinger. The Hollywood Reporter has revealed in its report that a younger actor could replace Andrew Garfield who was recently seen playing spidey in “Amazing Spider-Man 2.”

Apparently, Garfield may not reprise his role in the famous “Spider-Man” franchise, according to the website. Though the actor’s rep is yet to comment on Garfield’s exit from the franchise, here is a list of five potential young actor who could possibly do justice to the role.

Jack O'Connell: The actor has shown his acting prowess in the Angelina Jolie’s film “Unbroken.” The 24-year-old is already being considered a star to look out for and his recent win at the BAFTA awards has further cemented his status as a dynamic young actor. He was awarded Rising Star Award at the event for portraying a violent teenager in “Starred Up” and a prisoner of war in “Unbroken.” The actor has shown his ability to handle complex roles and with age on his side he could make a very good choice for Spiderman.

Patrick Schwarzenegger: Arnold’s Schwarzenegger son Patrick has done small roles in “Grown Ups 2” and “Dear Eleanor.” The 21-year-old actor is gifted with good looks and a great physique and can look great a young college going Peter Parker.

Ansel Elgort: The 20-year-old actor has already won hearts with his poignant performance of a cancer patient in “The Fault in our Star.” He is also reprising his role of Caleb Prior in the “Divergent” sequel. The actor has a boyish charm and a range of acting skills, which makes him one of the choices to step into Spiderman’s shoes.

Daniel Radcliffe: The actor who is famous for the portrayal of Harry Potter seems to have quite a liking for Spirdeman. The 25-year -old, was seen in a Spiderman costume at the last year’s Comic-con, according to Daily Mail. He can make a great Spiderman as he already has an experience of playing a character who is endowed with special powers.

Matt McGorry: Known for playing John Bennett in hit Netflix series “Orange Is the New Black,” Matt can be a good choice to play Spiderman. He is adored by female fans for the playing cute guard in the film who is in a romantic relationship with one of the prisoners. He may pull off the character of Peter Parker with ease.
