Britney Spears has ditched her blonde locks and coloured them brown. The "Work B-tch" songstress is officially a brunette now. Britney gave a sneak peak of her new looks as she cleverly posed for her new perfumes "Naughty Remix" and "Nice Remix" on Saturday.

"Spice up Valentine's Day by getting 'Naughty & Nice' ((pun intended)) ;)," Spears wrote on her Twitter account on Saturday along with a picture of hers where she is smiling looking at her mirror reflection while holding the bottle of the perfume.

It looks like February is the time when the mommy of two decides to get her locks coloured every year. In 2013, Britney changed the colour of her blonde hair to a slightly dark brown hue. Britney was no longer a blonde when she appeared at Elton John's AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party at West Hollywood's Pacific Design Center last February.

The pop princess, who is currently busy with her Las Vegas residency for two years, got mixed reaction from her fans on various social media platforms. Many people have actually admired Britney's brown hair saying it suits her complexion a lot but there are others who believe that Britney should not have traded her beautiful blonde locks for brown hair.

However there are many comments on various website which echo one sentiment that Britney Spears look sad and depressed. Different people on various websites and her Twitter page believe that Britney's eyes look sad and there is something missing.

"Her eyes look dead. Reminds me of a wax figure," write Lara Lara on US Magazine website.

"Britney Spears seems so sad and depressed. She looks like she doesn't want to be doing this anymore. I really hope she takes a nice long break and get herself together," writes Ladybug on the same Web site.

"She looks dead in the eyes. Honestly something is not right with her," writes Alex on E! Online.

Britney Spears is not the only celebrity who has ditched blonde locks and opted for brunette hair.
