Roger Federer said he hopes to carry some of the momentum he has this season into next year to win another Grand Slam title.

“Winning six titles was great and I hope I can build on that and play an equally good season next year,” Federer said, reports Pakistan Today. “Just maybe with a slam more.”

Federer will enter next season with a new coach, Ivan Ljubicic, who replaced Stefan Edberg. Edberg and Federer worked together for two years. Ever since his stint with Edberg in 2014, Federer has not won any major titles. However, under Ljubicic, the 34-year-old Swiss believes he could become a better player and win more games, including another major title.

ESPN tennis analyst Brad Gilbert said that Federer’s move to hire Ljubicic is part of the Swiss’ plans to overcome World No. 1 Novak Djokovic. Federer has defeated Djokovic this season in a final round match-up at the Cincinnati Masters, but he lost to “Djoker” in other major title tournaments like the Wimbledon, US Open, and most recently at the ATP World Tour Finals in London.

Meanwhile, the Swiss Maestro has already outlined his plans for the next season and admitted that the Australian Open will be a “big goal” for him as well as the 2016 Rio Olympics, where he plans to play mixed doubles with Martina Hingis and men’s doubles with Stan Wawrinka.

While Federer has yet to confirm the other tournaments he plans to join, the Swiss great assured fans that he has no plans to retire from the game yet.

“I'm feeling fine physically and in good shape,” Federer said, reports ESPN. “Like I say so many times, I hope I'm still on tour for a while. There are no plans to retire yet, I don't have a definite date, even though that would make things easier to plan."
