Puma revealed its latest “Forever Faster” campaign with pop diva Rihanna dressed in the label’s gear from head-to-toe on April 29. The pop star is pictured in a pair of Puma’s new Pulse XT sneakers and shows off her athletic body in the black and white photograph, according to Hollywood Reporter. In December last year Rihanna was signed as the creative director and global brand ambassador for the sportswear brand for its women’s segment.

Since being named as the brand ambassador for the company, the 27-year-old has been seen for the first time in Puma’s campaign. Puma tweeted the picture on Wednesday launching its new shoe in the process. “An icon who does it all needs a shoe that can keep up. Introducing the Pulse XT, worn by @Rihanna,” the sportswear brand said via Twitter with the hashtag ‘Forever Faster’.

The picture shows Rihanna sporting a long sleeve black Puma crop top sweatshirt which showed off her perfectly toned midriff. She paired the top with a pair of patterned skintight leggings and tied another sweatshirt tied around her waist. She accessorised her look with a Puma visor and styled her dark locks in curls around the cap. The Barbados beauty brought in some glamour quotient into the ad by striking a yoga-like pose.

The eight-time Grammy Award winner has joined the likes of Meek Mill, Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt and football star striker Mario Balotelli for its new campaign with the tagline “Calling All Troublemakers.” According to New York Daily News, the pop star has made over $1 million through the sign-up with the brand. Meanwhile, Rihanna was spotted at the Los Angeles airport after touching down from her vacation in Honululu in Hawaii on April 28. The “Bad Girl” was pictured sporting a black Puma T-shirt and white and red Puma, perfectly representing the chic athletic leisurewear that she has been promoting for the company.

“It’s great to find a brand that celebrates strength and individuality. I couldn’t think of a more perfect partner to collaborate with as a creative director,” said the “American Oxygen” hitmaker. She added that she was excited and wanted her fans to see what Puma and she would come up with in the days to come. Puma in association with Rihanna will do several consumer and retail events and product programs.
