Microsoft's Nokia Lumia 630 has recently been released in May, while the BlackBerry Z10 was released in January last year. Both the devices pack amazing features, and great hardware/software performances. Display, Exterior and Size

The Nokia Lumia 630 features a 4.5 inches IPS LCD display bundled with 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution. The BlackBerry Z10, on the other hand, has a relatively smaller 4.2 inches display, and 768 x 1,280 pixels screen resolution.

The BlackBerry Z10 is powered by a dual-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus) Krait processor, clocked at 1.5 GHz. Meanwhile, the latest Lumia 630 is powered by a solid quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 400) ARM Cortex-A7 processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz. Interestingly, the Lumia handset with a good processor comes with only 512 MB of RAM, while the BlackBerry Z10 comes with a whopping 2 GB of RAM.

The Nokia Lumia 630 runs on the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS, while the BlackBerry Z10 runs on BlackBerry 10 OS (upgradable to higher versions).

The BlackBerry Z10 comes with 16 GB of internal storage with microSD slot support for expansion up to 64 GB. Whereas the Lumia 630 offers only 8 GB of internal storage, however, the handset supports microSD card for expansion up to 128 GB.
