The Miss Universe 2011 pageant was concluded at Sao Paolo, Brazil on Tuesday and, Miss Angola's 25 year old Leila Lopes, was crowned this year's winner.

Leila Lopes was the last woman standing in a pageant of 89 women representing their countries throughout the world. She replaced Mexico's Ximena Navarette who was last year's winner and beat the other 4 finalists from China, Philippines, Brazil and Ukraine.

Being that this year marks the 60th Anniversary of the world renowned beauty pageant and this being the first time for Angola to receive the pride and honor of the Miss Universe crown, Lopes' will truly have a mark in history as the second black Miss Universe.
