American rapper Symere Woods, popularly known as Lil Uzi Vert, recently came to DJ Whoo Kid’s radio show “The Whoolywood Shuffle” and revealed that he has worked with Kanye West.

Lil Uzi Vert talked about his link with DJ Drama and how that happened. He also revealed the original name of “WDYW.” It underwent certain changes after he collaborated with DJ Carnage.

DJ Whoo Kid asked the rapper, “Who are you working with? Anybody special that we need to know?” Lil Uzi said that he has been making new music with Kanye West, adding praise for Kim Kardashian's husband, saying West is "very intelligent."

When asked about West’s influence on his style, Lil Uzi said that the older rapper helped him to develop his style in general.

West met with US President-elect Donald Trump on Tuesday. He had not commented on his alleged collaboration with Lil Uzi Vert.

“The Whoolywood Shuffle” airs in the US every Saturday and Sunday on Sirius/XM Radio Shade 45.
