Kim Kardashian-West has posed completely nude for the latest issue of British GQ magazine and has also taken home an award for "GQ's Woman of the Year". In her raciest and sexiest photo shoot ever with the men's magazine, the newly wed poses in nothing but her birthday suit and shocks fans by her sheer boldness in the pictures.

The sensuous pictures that can be seen here, Kim is seen covering her ample breasts with her hands while a grey coloured satin sheet lies strategically between her legs covering her private parts. Other revealing pictures show a completely naked Kim lying sideways and showing off her most famous assets (her bums) to the camera. The mommy to North West covers her nipples with the satin sheets and wears nothing but only a pair of sexy pink heels in the racy picture.

Kim seemed a little annoyed with the host who did not take her full name. "It's Kim Kardashian-West. I want thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband [Kanye West] for making me feel like woman of the year every day", said the reality star in her acceptance speech.

The reality star stole the show by wearing a tight black latex bustier bodysuit by designer Atsuko Kudo and a sparkling silver skirt by Ralph & Russo that has a revealing centered slit.
