The Duchess was recently seen constantly touching her belly, and now, royal pregnancy rumors are really starting to escalate.

Yesterday, reports sprung out that the Duchess already has a royal heir in her belly just because she refused to eat peanuts - a type of food that pregnant women should stay away from. Now, Middleton has been spotted constantly patting and rubbing her midsection. Could this mean that Middleton is already "with baby" or feeling the signs of early pregnancy?

The Duchess has been spotted by keen guests constantly rubbing her midsection during a Royal appearance at Copenhagen. Some say it could be that Middleton was only adjusting her belt, but the frequentness of the activity and the way the Duchess cradled her stomach sparked the pregnancy rumors even more.

Constantly snacking and refusing to drink alcohol in a charity dinner only adds to the speculation that Middleton is preparing for pregnancy.

According to close friends, Middleton has been gaining weight recently, gaining at least 8 to 10 pounds in a span of two weeks. Apparently, the Duchess has learned the "art of snacking," accepting each snack offered to her whether she likes or not (except the peanut bars, of course).

Mixed reactions from Royal Couple followers are sweeping all over the web. Some saying that the Duchess is obviously pregnant because of the signs, others are saying that the media should give the Duchess some privacy.
