The "Holby City" cast members, such as Eleanor Fanyinka (Morven), Bob Barrett (Sacha), Christian Vit (Matteo), David Ajao (Damon) and Sophia Verlaine (Nina), will star in an upcoming episode titled "Keeping the Faith," which will air in the UK on BBC One on July 4. It will show Matteo wondering if he can still rekindle his old romance with Nina. Read on to learn more about this episode.

According to the BBC One website, "Holby City" Series 19, episode 39 will show Damon suggesting to Matteo that there's still hope for him and Nina. This will make him think hard about the possibility of rekindling his romance with her. However, it will require him to bare his soul, and he's not sure if he's willing to do that yet.

Meanwhile, Morven can't get past the tragic event that recently happened. However, as soon as she starts investigating, she goes in the opposite direction. This could lead her to the truth, or worse, land herself in hot water.

Elsewhere, Sacha will encounter a patient who will be related to a colleague. He will be assisted by Team Keller in making sure the patient is treated well. One thing's for sure: this will put additional pressure on him to perform as an exceptional doctor.

'Keeping the Faith' stars

The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) lists the following stars as appearing in this episode: Guy Henry (Henrik Hanssen), Hugh Quarshie (Ric Griffin), Anderson James (Oliver Valentine) and Ayesha Dharker (Nina Karnik). They will be joined by David Ames (Dominic Copeland), Lee Mead (Ben "Lofty" Chiltern), Kaye Wragg (Essie Harrison), Rosie Marcel (Jac Naylor), Jaye Jacobs (Donna Jackson), Alex Walkinshaw (Adrian "Fletch" Fletcher) and Jemma Redgrave (Bernie Wolfe).

Naomi Katiyo (Darla Johnstone), Cassie Layton (Mandy Copley), Richard Pepple (Kofi Johnstone) and Darren Morfitt (Jerry Farnell) will also be seen in this episode. "Keeping the Faith" was directed by Baff Akoto and written by Jeff Povey.

'Holby City' episodes: 'Paper Wishes'

The episode before "Keeping the Faith" is "Paper Wishes," and it airs on Tuesday, June 27. It will show Jac and Nurse Donna Jackson's return to work. As for Fran (Carli Norris), she will try to get Jac to confide in her. Meanwhile, Donna will clash with Fletch and Mrs. Levy (Frances Cuka) will set Sacha up for a blind date with a religious woman.
