'General Hospital' spoilers for Mar 23-25: Hayden’s secret comes out
This week, “General Hospital” (“GH") promises to deliver another set of episodes filled with Port Charles’ secrets and shocking discoveries. Elizabeth or Liz (Rebecca Herbst) cannot shake off the feeling that Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is hiding something. As a result, she starts poking around to find out what exactly it is that Hayden is keeping under wraps.

TV Guide reports that on Wednesday, Laura discovers the story behind the key that Helena left her. Meanwhile, Liz becomes curious about something and does some investigation.
The show’s official website uploaded a preview video for March 23, offering a sneak peek of the latest installment (watch below).
On the first scene, Kristina lashes at Sonny. “You have to tell me everything,” she demands. “What did you do?” Liz is seen on the next part of the video as she wonders to Hayden, “What are you trying so hard to hide?”
Laura figures on another scene, as she tells Nikolas, “I’m looking for answers, and you know what? I think you should, too.” The teaser also shows that Carly meets Dr Finn. Speaking of the doctor, Tracy wraps the trailer by ordering Obrecht to look for Dr Finn. She hollers, “Go find Dr Finn. Stat!”

On Thursday, Liz’s snooping around pays off as she learns out about Hayden's secret. Laura and Lulu also finds what they’re looking for after putting their investigative skills to work. Elsewhere, Kristina makes a spur-of-the-moment move.
We Love Soaps reports that “GH” will wrap the week with a realisation from Anna, as she becomes aware of her paranoia. Meanwhile, Nikolas gets wind of a shocking information, while Laura closes in on Scotty’s direction with the help of a crucial clue.

Previous episodes have shown that Tracy received some good news about her health status. According to Dr Finn, her condition is still treatable, but Obrecht rained on Tracy’s parade. Obrecht said that Dr Finn has no privileges to treat patients at the hospital. As an argument ensues, Tracy noticed that Dr Finn suddenly disappeared. Meanwhile, Liz and Jason mull over the book that Helena left, and Liz wondered if it is a way to unlock Jake's memory of his missing years, with the help of Franco. Elsewhere, Spinelli called Sam to update her about Hayden's true identity. Sam asked her mother if it’s legally allowable for her to continue pursuing the case, even though the person who hired her to do it decided to drop the case. Alexis told Sam that it’s okay for her to proceed.
