Last week in "General Hospital," the characters were torn between doing the right thing and sacrificing their own happiness. Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Patrick (Jason Thompson) decided to take the high road as they broke up, although they still have fond memories of each other. Jason (Billy Miller) realised that he didn’t really know Liz (Rebecca Herbst) very well. Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) chose to date a pretty girl instead of trying to mend things with Lulu.

Here is what viewers can look forward to on this week’s "General Hospital," according to TV Source Magazine:

During their visit to Paris, Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) will discover a conspiracy that involves Robin (Kimberly McCullough). The discovery will lead them to an adventure with Robert (guest star Tristan Rogers) and Anna (Finola Hughes) in their quest to find Robin.

Meanwhile, Anna and Mac (John J. York) will learn about the status of Paul’s (Richard Burgi) family affairs. While Anna continues to investigate the mystery corpse, Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) finds a place to hide.

Elsewhere, Liz clings to a hope that things will turn out for the best, but Jason is not ready to forgive her. Liz will grow closer to Franco (James Franco) who will sympathize with her.

Meanwhile, tensions will rise when Sam, Liz and Jason have a conversation . Later, Sam will come clean with Jason.

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will defend her friend’s honor as she finally finds time with Nathan (Ryan Peavey).

Meanwhile, Lulu (Emme Rylan) will appear to be more understanding despite her pain that is quickly turning to rage as she plots with Johnny (Brandon Barash). However, things might not turn out as planned when Johnny comes to rescue Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) . In the process, he will learn something useful about her.

Laura (Genie Francis) tells her daughter to think twice before doing something that she might regret later.

As for other characters, Christmas is on the horizon as Julian (William DeVry) receives a special gift from Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) while Liz will have an unexpected date for the Christmas gala for Toys For Boys.
