'General Hospital' spoilers for August 10, 2016: Ava and Morgan face off; Finn confides with Rachel

“General Hospital” follows up with a lot of heavy confrontations after a lot of unexpected news shook everyone. After all, they are not expected to welcome such news with open arms and violent reactions would come as a necessary consequence.

The synopsis on Soaps She Knows gives us a rough idea what is to be expected the episode that will air on August 10, Wednesday. Knowing how heavy the build up of drama has been for this week, it is already obvious that the situation will explode in just a matter of time.
It is revealed that the first confrontation will be between Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and Ava Jerome (Laura West). Then, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will confide with Rachel Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Lastly, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will find himself pleading with a new character.
The tension surrounding Ava has been building up for quite some time and it appears that she will start to let out some steam on this episode. A spoiler post on Celeb Dirty Laundry gives what could be exactly behind this confrontation with Morgan. It seems that Ava is not out of trouble yet when it comes to the scam she pulled off. Huxley Lynch (Trent Dawson) still has some things to settle with her.
Ava feels blessed to have escaped from Cassadine Island in one piece and is grateful to be united with her children, Avery and Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin). Morgan, however, gets a little moody with Ava.
When latter returns to her penthouse, she is surprised to find it very disorganized. This only shows that someone has been inside, with her top suspect being Huxley. She suspects this has something to do with the issue involving the Weeping Nyad Statue.
Ava and Kiki have a heated exchange as Ava does not approve of Morgan. Kiki becomes the defensive girlfriend and wants her mother to keep herself out of her personal life. Morgan also rants to Ava about her getting too touchy with their private space. “General Hospital” airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. on ABC Daytime in the US.
