Cast member Maisie Williams said in a recent interview that her character Arya should be like The Hound in “Game of Thrones” Season 7. The character still has a list of people she wants to kill, and some of them are still alive and well in Westeros.

[Spoiler alert]

Arya Stark (Maisie Willaims) finally arrived in Westeros in the recently concluded season. Unlike her siblings, Jon (Kit Harington) and Sansa (Sophie Turner), she decided to exact vengeance on the whole House of Frey all by herself.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Williams said that she would like her character to go about her work alone like Sandor The Hound Clegane (Rory McCann). The actress said that she would like Arya to be a “bit of a lone ranger.”

Williams said that she would not want her character to be reunited with her brothers and sister. She explained that her siblings are not the same people they used to be, when she was with them, and Arya has also changed over the past few years.

The actress wants her character to survive in “Game of Thrones” Season 7. However, Williams felt that Arya is better off on her own and wants to see her character as “her own boss.”

Williams had previously revealed that the three people that Arya would now like to kill are Cersei (Lena Headey), Melisandre (Carice Van Houten) and Gregor The Mountain Clegane (Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson), in that order.

Arya added Melisandre to her list after the latter took away Gendry (Joe Dempsie) previously. The Stark girl will now find Cersei sitting on the Iron Throne and The Mountain as her loyal guard in “Game of Thrones” Season 7, making it a challenge for her to get close to them. However, her skills of assuming new identities, which she learnt in Braavos, will come in handy next year.
