Previously on the “The Flash,” viewers saw that it takes more than just powers and a costume to be a superhero. Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) had always known this and has the genuine desire to help other people as he takes on his alternate role as Kid Flash. However, that did not seem to be enough. Even with Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) as mentor, Wally would still have to learn some lessons the hard way. If he gets lucky, someone close to him does not have to suffer while he does.

Spoiler alert! This article contains “The Flash” spoilers. Read on if you would like to know what happens before the next episode airs.

Wally had always been as fast as his powers could reach, but he has been having a hard time phasing through solid objects. For one, has a hard time becoming one with the air, when he tries to feel like pure electricity or whatever the new Barry comes up with.

Iris West’s (Candice Patton) life is still in danger and everyone still seems bothered with Savitar traversing time dimensions and eventually making his way to the future for her. This has posed some challenges for Barry and the team.

In this upcoming episode of “The Flash,” viewers will see the return of a very familiar super villain, Grodd -- the highly intelligent and savage gorilla. This upcoming episode titled “Attack on Gorilla City” will see Barry and the rest of the team pay Grodd a visit in his native Gorilla City.

The official YouTube promo shows Barry going head-on with what looks like an angry Gorilla Grodd while Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) waits behind bars. However, this is not a face-off that fans might expect. Grodd will ask Barry for some help.

Other spoilers reveal that Jesse will be travelling from Earth-2 to Earth-1 so she could inform that her father Harry has been kidnapped on Earth-2. The whole team will then head off to Earth-2 to save him.

While in Gorilla City, the team will get abducted by Grodd’s goons while they trek through the forest looking for Barry. This time, however, they are not in for a confrontation. Grodd needs Barry’s help to stop Solovar, the leader of Gorillas in Gorilla City and Grodd’s arch-enemy. He will tell Barry that he has plans to invade Earth-1 and take over everything.

The Flash” airs every Tuesday at 8 p.m. on The CW. It also airs on FOX8 in Australia.
